SIGNATURE SIX-WEEK PROJECT · FROM £1,997

Taking a week off shouldn't mean two weeks of extra work.

If time off means getting ahead before you go and catching up when you return, the problem isn't your planning. The normal work still depends on you knowing what happens next. Over six weeks, I map that journey, build the missing structure and hand it back ready for you and your team to use.

You already have clients, tools and maybe even a team.

The business works because you're very good at keeping it working. But an enquiry still waits while you're with a client, your team still messages when something unusual happens, and onboarding still relies on you finding the right email or link. You've added help and tools, but you're still the person joining everything together.

ONE CONNECTED BUILD

THE HANDOVER

I map the whole client journey, from the first enquiry through to payment, onboarding, delivery, renewal or finishing. Then I build the missing parts into the tools that suit your business, test the journey end to end and hand it back with clear guidance. The result is a client experience your team can deliver consistently without making it feel cold or mechanical.

You brought in help. You're still explaining every step.

That usually means the setup needs fixing, not another pair of hands.

  • An enquiry or unusual client question waits until you're free.

    • You've hired support, but you're still briefing and checking the work.

    • Your tools only work because you remember how information moves between them.

    • Clients receive a good experience because you personally notice every gap.

    • You want someone to make the decisions with you and build the solution, not hand you another plan.

    • You want room for a new offer, your family or a proper break without creating a week of catch-up.

How The Handover works

01
THE AUDIT

I follow the real journey from someone finding you through to enquiry, payment, onboarding, delivery, renewal or finishing. I look at what happens on a normal day, what changes when something unusual happens, where work gets repeated and which decisions still wait for you.

02
THE BUILD

I build the missing parts in four connected layers. The foundation gives the business one organised home. The sales and onboarding engine covers enquiry, payment, agreements and welcome. The operations centre gives you one place to run client work. Then I add automations where they remove repeat work without making the client experience feel mechanical.

03
THE HANDOVER

I test the complete journey before handing it over. You receive a Loom walkthrough, step-by-step guidance, links to everything and SOPs your team can follow. You then have two weeks to email me with questions as you start using it, so you're not left with a setup only the person who built it understands.
