Summer seated on a white sofa working on a laptop
ONE DEFINED AREA · TYPICALLY FOUR WEEKS · FROM £997

One part needs fixing. You don't need to become its project manager.

A Custom Project takes one defined part of the business from “we need to sort this” to mapped, built, tested and ready to use, without you having to hold the whole project together.

You know what needs sorting. Finding the time to do it properly is the problem.

Maybe onboarding still starts a chain of emails and links you have to remember. Or a launch, product or membership has grown beyond the way it was first set up. You could piece it together yourself, but a Custom Project gives that whole area one owner until it's finished.

DEFINED SCOPE · COMPLETE IMPLEMENTATION

CUSTOM PROJECTS

We agree the problem, the boundaries and what needs to be true when the project is finished. I then map that part of the business, build the necessary pieces and test the full journey before handing it over. That might mean an onboarding journey that takes a signed contract to a ready-to-start client; a launch or membership where every email, payment and handover has an owner; or a CRM where your team can see the status, next action and missing information without asking you.

One meaningful problem, with a clear beginning and end

You need more than a few jobs completed, but you don't need the whole business rebuilt.

  • One specific area is creating repeated manual work, confusion or inconsistency.

    • The outcome can be clearly defined and handed over.

    • You want someone to make decisions and implement them, not wait for a task list.

    • The offer or service already has real demand.

    • You want to keep the rest of the business as it is for now.

    • You need more than a few odd jobs, but not the whole client journey rebuilt.

From recurring problem to finished setup

01
DEFINE

We agree what we're fixing, where the project starts and ends, and what needs to be true before I hand it back.

02
MAP & BUILD

I follow the journey, make the decisions and build the agreed forms, emails, trackers, pages or automations.

03
TEST & HAND OVER

I test the complete journey, then hand over the finished setup with a walkthrough, the links and the guidance you and your team need.
